Ford BA/BF Falcon NA 6 Cat Pipe Mild Steel (Venom Exhaust Works)

VENOM EXHAUST WORKS would like to introduce their range of bolt on high flow cats to suit BA/BF NA 6s. This cat pipe is a direct bolt on for BA/BF Falcons running a standard or 2.5" exhaust system and Pacemaker 4490 or 4495 Headers. The cat pipe has been built to exact standards for easy fitment and also features the o2 sensor plug for BF models. No need to muck around cutting and welding universal style catalytic converters to make them fit.

The high flow cat on this piece is also our latest design which utilises a large diameter 4" body. The metallic substrate, as well as being welded to the casing, is also welded along the inner edges for extra strength, helping to prevent core substrate shift. 

The standard cat found on the BA/BF models utilises a restrictive 400CPSI substrate which hinders flow. The Venom Cat pipe features a 100CPSI high flow cat which offers 4 times the flow of the standard unit. Expect a gain of between 4-6rwkw when fitting this cat pipe to your BA/BF NA 6.

In terms of sound the high flow 100CPSI substrate will add a deeper note to your BA/BFs exhaust, especially on idle, as well as giving the car more of an old school burble up top in the rev range.
